崔亚东，曾任上海市高级人民法院院长、二级大法官。著有《人工智能与司法现代化》《法治国家》《群体性事件应急管理与社会治理》等专著，其中《人工智能与司法现代化》一书被经典中国国际出版工程办公室确定为“2019年经典中国国际出版工程项目”，英文版由Springer出版社出版发行。主编《世界人工智能法治蓝皮书》(2019-2023)。
Cui Yadong, ever served as President of Shanghai High People’s Court, Grand Justice of the Second Rank. He is the author of Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Modernization, A Rule of Law Country, Emergency Management and Social Governance of Group Incidents. Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Modernization was identified as the International Publishing Project for Chinese Classics 2019 and published in English by Springer.He is the editor-in-chief of the "Blue Book of the World Artificial Intelligence Rule of Law" (2019-2023).

Michael O’Connell is the founder of Critical Insights Consultancy Ltd (UK). He has previously worked in a senior executive position in industry with NEC Corporation, and as a senior officer for UK policing and as Director at INTERPOL. He is a Board member to several advisory and oversight committees, and recipient of many international awards for his service to policing.He currently assists in the development of the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) with Interpol of an AI toolkit for responsible AI innovation in law enforcement.

Yuong Wenyuan has presided over more than 30 national and provincial-level projects. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, he took the lead in the project of "Intelligent Court Brain Artificial Intelligence Platform", and formulated 15 national and judicial industry artificial intelligence technology standards. He has won more than 10 provincial and ministerial awards, which has effectively promoted the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence technology and intelligent rule of law.

Works on the regulation of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and U.S.-China relations. Before joining the Center in July 2018, he worked for Microsoft. He graduated from Columbia Law School. Prior to law school, he was a Teaching Fellow in Manghuai Township in Yunnan with Teach for China.
